Welcome to Skirt Chaser Sportfishing, Ocean City's "Hands On" offshore fishing experience. We specialize in putting our crew on fish and get you as involved in the action as you want to be. Want to learn how to rig ballyhoo to swim properly? No problem. Would you like to learn how to gaff large game fish? No problem. This is your charter, tell us what you want to accomplish and we will do our very best to make it happen!
We fish along the east coast for all species of offshore game fish. We are docked in Ocean City Maryland from June through October. You can find us in slip B-35 in the Ocean City Fishing center. In November we move down to Cape Hatteras North Carolina and fish from November to May.
Captain Anthony Thomas is from Pocomoke City Md. He is a professional at finding fish and knows our local waters extremely well. Anthony is locally known for being the one to catch billfish (he wont admit it though!) He is a fun captain to fish with and will definitely keep your day exciting and entertaining. Anthony is a member of the Ocean City Marlin club and is in good standing with many of the other local captains (another great asset for finding fish!) You will undoubtedly have many laughs and take home countless memories from your trip.
The Skirt Chaser is a 42' Hatteras that was fully re-powered in 2000 with twin 450hp Cummins diesel engines.
She has a cruising speed of 25 kts, has a 14' beam and can hold 400 gallons of fuel.
